About Dinheirologia
Who We Are
Dinheirologia was born in 2008, when the financial world was literally on fire. While banks were collapsing and "experts" were running in circles, we were already here, trying to make sense of the chaos β and laughing at it.
We are a news and opinion portal covering financial markets, trading, investments, and business. But we're not just another site that repeats what Bloomberg said, translates it poorly, and slaps on a clickbait headline. We chew, digest, and spit out information in a way you actually understand.
Our Philosophy
We believe in skin in the game. If you don't take risks, your opinion is worth as much as a parrot's β sounds pretty but means nothing.
We're pro-market, pro-merit, and believe the path to prosperity runs through hard work, constant study, and the humility to know the market is bigger than any of us. We don't sell easy money illusions. The market is an arena, and you need to be ready to take punches before you learn to throw them.
As Nassim Taleb says: "If you don't take risks for your opinion, you are nothing."

JoΓ£o Homem
The founder of Dinheirologia is a trader who learned in the streets, not in books β although he read all of them too. His philosophy is simple: "A man needs to be kind, controlled, but he needs to represent danger too."
All his articles are signed as "Como Dirigir Uma Mercearia e Umas Coisinhas Que Aprendi Sobre Pescaria" (How to Run a Grocery Store and a Few Things I Learned About Fishing) β because life teaches you more than any MBA.
