Como Calcular Lucratividade e Rentabilidade da Empresa?

Lucratividade indica o percentual de ganho obtido sobre as vendas realizadas. A lucratividade esperada para micro e pequenas empresas é de 5% a 10% sobre as vendas.

Rentabilidade indica o percentual de remuneração do capital investido na empresa. A rentabilidade esperada para micro e pequenas empresas é de 2% a 4% ao mês sobre investimento.

Investimento é todo o capital aplicado na empresa, seja o capital social inicial mais os aumentos (aportes) de capital adicional, mais os lucros reinvestidos na empresa.

A taxa de rentabilidade do investimento é calculada da seguinte forma:
Lucro Líquido, dividido pelo Investimento.
Exemplo: Lucro Líquido mensal: R$ 2.000,00;
Investimento total: R$ 80.000,00;
Taxa de rentabilidade: 2,5 % ao mês.

O prazo de retorno do investimento realizado é calculado da seguinte forma:
Investimento, dividido pelo Lucro Líquido.
Exemplo: Investimento total: R$ 80.000,00;
Lucro Líquido mensal: R$ 2.000,00;
Prazo de retorno: 40 meses.
O índice de lucratividade é calculado da seguinte forma:
Valor do lucro líquido, dividido pelo Valor das vendas.

  7. Como calcular o rendimento bruto de uma micro empresa?

    Por exemplo: Uma revendedera de gás compra 400 botijões/mês ao preço de R$ 30,00 cada e revende esses 400 botijões/Mes ao preço de R$38,00 cada.

    Seria (38,00 - 30,00)X400= 3200?

    O que eu devo considerar para calcular o rendimento bruto de uma micro empresa?
